ミックジャガー監修高級ワイン、2664本限定日本上陸

2010年9月にミックジャガー監修の「Satisfaction Wine」と名付けられたカリフォルニア・バレー産赤ワインが日本上陸し、ファンの間で話題となったところだが、今回さらに「Sympathy For The Devil Riesling Icewine」と「Sympathy For The Devil Icewine Martini」という高級ワインが登場、各2664本限定で日本上陸を果たした。

いずれもコンセプトからテイストまで、ミック・ジャガーが企画の全てに加わり、本人が承認したもののみを出荷していくというプレミアムワインシリーズ。今回新たに登場した2本は、氷結したブドウから造られるアイスワインで、製造に向けられるブドウの収穫量が非常に少なく世界でもなかなか手に入りにくいワインという。非常に甘いながらも酸味とのバランスがとれた世界でも高級ワインとして位置づけられているものだ。

「Sympathy For The Devil Icewine Martini」は、魅力的な甘さとさわやかな酸味を持ち、マンゴー、あんずの風味を醸し出し、「Sympathy For The Devil Icewine Martini」は甘さと酸味の上品なバランスの上で、いちご、マンゴー、梨の風味を醸し出すもの。
