ポール・スタンレー、エリック・カーの命日に追悼の言葉
キッスのポール・スタンレーが、元バンド・メイト、エリック・カー（Ds）の命日である11月24日に彼を称える言葉をSNSに投稿した。
1980年にピーター・クリスの後任としてキッスに加入したカーは、バンド在籍中、心臓の癌を患い、1991年11月24日に41歳で亡くなった。1981年発表の『Music From “The Elder”（ 〜エルダー〜 魔界大決戦）』から『Creatures Of The Night（暗黒の神話）』（1982年）、『Lick It Up（地獄の回想）』（1983年）、『Animalize』（1984年）、『Asylum』（1985年）、『Crazy Nights』（1987年）、『Hot In The Shade』（1989年）までキッスのスタジオ・アルバム7作に参加した。
スタンレーはこの日、「エリックは、キッスに在籍中、音楽面と精神面の両方におけるメジャー・フォースだった。優しく、誰のことも決して悪く言わない人だっただけに、彼が癌と闘わなければいけないのはよりいっそう無慈悲に思えた。穏やかな人だった。29年前のこの日、友人、ファン、家族たちの元を去った彼を称える」と追悼の言葉を上げた。
