ジョージ・ハリスンの遺産管理団体、ドナルド・トランプ氏の曲使用に「不快」
ドナルド・トランプ氏に曲を無断使用されることに不快感を示すアーティストがまた1人増えた。
故ジョージ・ハリスンの遺産管理団体は、ハリスン名義のTwitterを通じ、今週、アメリカで開かれた共和党全国大会で「Here Comes The Sun」が流れたことに対し、木曜日（7月21日）「#RNCinCLEで#HereComestheSunが無断で使用されたのは不快＆ジョージ・ハリスンの遺産管理団体の意に反する」とコメントした。続いて、「Beware Of Darknessだったら、許可したかも！#TrumpYourself（トランプ、君のことだ）」と皮肉なユーモアを込めたツイートも残した。
今週、共和党全国大会が始まって以来、曲の使用に対して抗議したアーティストは少なくともこれで5組目。クイーン（「We Are The Champion」）、アース・ウインド・アンド・ファイアー（「September」）、オージェイズ（「Love Train」）フリーのポール・ロジャース（「All Right Now」）も許可していないと憤慨している。
ロジャースは「この問題は俺の弁護士が対応している」とつぶやいた。
