リンジー・バッキンガム、新曲公開。秋に10年ぶりのソロ・アルバムをリリース
元フリートウッド・マックのリンジー・バッキンガムが9月に新ソロ・アルバムをリリースすることを発表した。通算7作目で、2011年の『Seeds We Sow』以来のソロ・アルバムとなる。
新作はバッキンガムがプロデュースし、ロサンゼルスにある彼のホーム・スタジオでレコーディングされ、『Lindsey Buckingham』とセルフ・タイトルが付けられた。「Scream」「I Don’t Mind」「On The Wrong Side」「Swan Song」「Blind Love」「Time」「Blue Light」「Power Down」「Santa Rosa」「Dancing」の10曲を収録する。
2年ほど前からリリースしようと考えてきたが、いくつかの予期せぬ事態から遅らせざるを得なかったそうで、「いま、僕らは再始動しつつある。ようやく僕のリスナーたちと新しい音楽を共有できることにワクワクしている」という。火曜日（6月9日）、アルバムの告知と共に、ファースト・シングル「I Don’t Mind」が公開された。
『Lindsey Buckingham』は9月17日リリース。これに合わせ、9月1日から北米ツアーが開催される。
