ワン・ダイレクション、結成5周年を感謝
それぞれ別々にオーディション番組『The X Factor』に出場した5人がグループとなり誕生したワン・ダイレクションが、今月、結成5周年を迎えた。
ハリー・スタイルズは水曜日（7月22日）、ファンやスタッフに感謝するツィートを残した。「僕ら、バンドになって5年が経つ。この期間、僕らが受け取ったみんなからの支援には感謝しきれない…」とツィート。
続けて、「これまで僕らが出会った全てのクルー、彼らと一緒に仕事ができてラッキーだった。それに、裏方の全ての人たち。僕らはあなた達がしてくれたこと全てに感謝してる」とクルーやスタッフにお礼をし、再び、「どんな形であれ僕らをサポートしてくれる君へ、ありがとう。君がいなかったら、いま僕らはここにいない。君のおかげだ。僕らを受け入れてくれて、ありがとう」と全てのファンや関係者へ感謝した。
また、ルイ・トムリンソンは「Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you」と、この5年間への感謝を連呼した。
ワン・ダイレクションは現在、北米ツアー中。5枚目のスタジオ・アルバムも制作中だといわれており、例年通りであれば、秋にリリースされる予定。
