リアム・ギャラガーが、週末、オアシスのヒット曲の歌詞を替え、歌いながら手を洗う動画を続々投稿した。
まずは「Wonderwall」をもじった「新曲 WONDERWASH」を公開。「Today’s gonna be the day that they’re gonna throw it back to you／By now you should have somehow realized what you gotta do」はそのままに、「手を洗え、足先擦れ、尻の穴掻け、鼻ほじろ」と続けた。

そして「好評につき」と、「SOAPERSONIC」「champagne SOAPERNOVA」、ソロのカタログから「For Wash It’s Worth」を投稿し、いずれでも手洗いを推奨した。リアムはこの時期、「手を洗い、家にこもる」予定だという。

リアムは2月中旬にヨーロッパ・ツアーを終え、次回は5月1日に米アトランタで開かれる＜Sharky Knees＞フェスティバルに出演するはずだったが、フェスティバルは10月に延期された。現時点、今後は6月中旬からヨーロッパ各地で開催されるサマー・フェスティバルに出演予定。
