ジョーダン・ルーデスとマイク・ポートノイが9年ぶりに共演
2010年にドリーム・シアターを脱退したマイク・ポートノイが、元バンド・メイト、ジョーダン・ルーデスと9年ぶりにステージで共演した。
2人は2月8日、クルーズ・フェスティバル＜Cruise To The Edge＞で、Neal Morse BandのEric Gillette（G）、HakenのConner Green（B）と共にドリーム・シアターのインストゥルメンタル曲のメドレー（Instrumedley）をパフォーマンスしたという。
ポートノイは、そのとき撮った集合写真をFacebookに投稿し、「昨日のCruse To The Edgeでの俺の“MP & Friends”ショウは忘れられない夜になった!! ジョーダンと俺が一緒にプレイするのが約9年ぶりだったなんて信じられない…即座に、まるで1日も経っていないかのように感じた！」と報告した。

ポートノイはその数日前、「本当に素晴らしい夜だった。友人@Jcrudessの最高なソロ公演を観て、その後、素晴らしい夕食を共にした！ #oncefamilyalwaysfamily @cruisetotheedge」と、笑顔の2ショット付きでつぶやき、＜Cruise To The Edge＞で何かあるとほのめかしていた。
