May J.が、1月20日に配信EP「Perch / Light the Way」をリリースすることが発表された。
配信EPに収録される2曲は、yahyelの篠田ミルがプロデュースを手掛ける。「Light the Way」は、なの花薬局CMソングとして書き下ろされた楽曲で、2022年5月より北海道エリア限定のテレビCM曲としてオンエアされている。
