米カリフォルニアで発生中の山火事により自宅から避難したレディー・ガガが、消防士や警察、医療チームらに感謝した。
ガガは週末、「今日、この酷い火災に見舞われている人々のことを想い、彼らが家や愛する人達を失ったことに心を痛めています。いま、私は多くの人たちと同様、自分の家が燃えてしまうのではないかと心配しています。私たちにできることは、一緒に、そしてお互いのために祈るだけです」「私たちを助けるためにできることは全て、それ以上のことをしてくださっている消防士、警察、救急隊員の方々に感謝。あなた達は本物のヒーローです」「火災と闘い続けている消防士、第一対応者の方々に神のご加護を。あなた達は私たちのために自分の命を危険にさらしている。あなた達の勇敢さには畏れ多い思いでいっぱいです。あなた達は私たちのヒーローです」と、立て続けにツイートした。
