リアム・ギャラガー、マンチェスターの象徴“ハチ”のストリート・アート展に参加
リアム・ギャラガーが、故郷マンチェスター市内で開催されるチャリティ・アート・イベント＜Bee In The City＞に参加し、マンチェスターのシンボル“蜂”の像にデコレーションを施した。
＜Bee In The City＞では7～9月、様々な人々により装飾された100以上の巨大な蜂（高さ1.8メートル）の銅像をマンチェスターの街中に展示する。リアムは日曜日（6月10日）、サウンドウェーブに“ROCK ‘N’ ROLL”のロゴが入ったデザインの蜂に最後の仕上げを施したという。
リアムのものをはじめ、全ての銅像が最後にオークションにかけられ、その収益はマンチェスター市長が設立したチャリティ団体We Love Manchester Emergency Fundへ寄付される。

リアムは日曜日、同市で開かれた＜Parklife 2018＞に出演。「Live Forever」を歌う前に「これはマンチェスター爆破事件で命を失った人達へ捧げる」と話し、昨年5月マンチェスター・アリーナで起きたテロ事件の犠牲者たちを追悼したという。
